Raymond George

Cybersecurity Director / ServiceNow VR Program Lead / PMP

I build vulnerability management programs that actually close tickets instead of just opening them. Fifteen-plus years across financial services, healthcare, and global entertainment, with a track record of cutting cost, cutting response time, and passing audits on the first try.

What I do

Portrait of Raymond George, Cybersecurity Director

I save enterprises from their own vulnerability backlogs.

At The Walt Disney Company, I moved Certificate Authority services in-house, brought the program to FedRAMP and SOC 2 Type II authorization, and cut annual operating costs by $65M. That is the kind of outcome I design programs around.

I specialize in building ServiceNow Vulnerability Response programs that hold up under audit: ingestion quality, ticket enrichment, auto-assignment, SLA governance, false-positive workflows, and MRIA tracking. I integrate Qualys VMDR, Burp Suite Enterprise, Veracode, Akamai Edge Security, and WhiteHat Sentinel into remediation pipelines that scale.

I am also the founder of Alpha Technology Services and Kyriakos, LLC, a Florida-registered firm with an active CAGE code and UEI, built for federal cybersecurity contract work: FedRAMP advisory, RMF and ISSM program support, and vulnerability management delivery.

CASE #DIS-22 · The Walt Disney Company · 2022–2023 SEV-1 · COST + COMPLIANCE
PROBLEMExternal Certificate Authority dependency created ongoing cost exposure and audit risk.
ACTIONLed the in-house transition of CA services and designed a company-wide PKI on Microsoft Azure for authentication, encryption, and digital signatures.
RESULTFedRAMP and SOC 2 Type II authorization achieved. Annual operating costs cut by $65M.
CASE #BNY-23 · BNY Mellon · 2023–2024 SEV-2 · RESPONSE TIME
PROBLEMManual incident handling was slowing mean time to respond across a $1.9T AUM global enterprise.
ACTIONDesigned and implemented a SOAR automation strategy, and coordinated incident response plans with Legal, Compliance, and IT under SEC and GDPR requirements.
RESULTManual incident handling cut by 35%, with faster mean time to respond across the security operation.
CASE #ATS-24 · Alpha Technology Services / Kyriakos, LLC · 2024–Present SEV-2 · PROGRAM BUILD

ACTIONBuilt and now operate the ServiceNow Vulnerability Response program end to end, integrating Qualys VMDR, Burp Suite Enterprise, Akamai Edge Security, WhiteHat Sentinel, and Veracode, and function as organizational ISSM equivalent.
RESULTReal-time executive risk dashboards and MRIA tracking now give C-suite and board stakeholders direct visibility into remediation status.
CASE #AH-20 · AdventHealth · 2020–2022 SEV-1 · REGULATED DATA
PROBLEMMulti-facility healthcare operation needed HIPAA and PCI DSS-compliant patient data protection at scale.
ACTIONDelivered the PCI-STEMI program under HiTrust and GDPR compliance, implementing advanced patient data protection controls across facilities.
RESULT$100M in revenue growth enabled, with HIPAA and PCI DSS compliance achieved across the operation.
